What is the de minimis threshold in Turkey?

The de minimis threshold in Turkey is 30 Euros. Shipments valued below this amount may be exempt from customs duties, although VAT and other processing fees may still apply. What documents are needed for importing goods into Turkey?

How is pricing structured?

Our pricing is transparent and modular, based on the services you use. Core components include warehousing fees (calculated per cubic meter per month), pick-and-pack fees (per order), and shipping costs (based on negotiated carrier rates). Additional services such as customs brokerage, marketplace management, and returns processing are quoted separately. We provide a customized proposal after understanding your product dimensions, order volumes, and specific service requirements.

Is there a minimum order volume?

We work with brands of all sizes and do not impose a strict minimum order volume. However, our infrastructure and pricing are optimized for sellers processing at least 100 orders per month. During our initial consultation, we will help determine whether our services are the right fit for your current scale and growth trajectory, and we can suggest a phased approach for brands that are just entering the market.
