What Is an E-Commerce Warehousing Service?
An e-commerce warehousing service stores your products on your behalf, then picks, packs and ships each order as it comes in — so you can sell in Turkey without renting a warehouse or hiring local staff. It is the standard setup for international brands selling into Turkey on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR, N11 or their own Shopify store. Every step from receiving to dispatch is barcode-tracked, and you follow stock and orders in a real-time client panel available in English. How It Works: 5 Steps
The service runs in five steps: receiving, put-away, order sync, pick and pack, and shipping.
- Receiving: Your inbound shipment arrives at our warehouse; every unit is barcode-scanned, counted and checked. Receiving for your first shipment is free.
- Put-away: Each product gets a barcoded shelf location; your stock appears in the client panel in real time.
- Order sync: Orders from your marketplace or Shopify store flow into our system automatically through free integrations.
- Pick and pack: Our team picks the item, packs it in standard packaging, and the weigh-and-label station verifies the weight and prints the shipping label.
- Shipping and returns: The parcel is handed to our contracted courier the same day. If a return comes back, we receive, inspect, restock and report it.
Transparent Storage Pricing: 2.25 TRY per Desi per Month
Storage at FulfillmentTR costs 2.25 TRY per desi per month, and your first 30 days of storage are free (all prices TRY, excl. VAT). Desi is Turkey’s volumetric unit — length × width × height in cm divided by 3,000 — and you can work yours out with our desi calculator. The full tariff:
- Storage: 2.25 TRY/desi/month — first 30 days free.
- Receiving: 0.25 TRY/unit; 0.20 TRY/unit for shipments of 500+ units. First inbound shipment free.
- Order processing (pick + pack + standard packaging): up to 5 desi 34.60 TRY; 5–10 desi 44.60 TRY; 10–20 desi 54.60 TRY; each extra item in the same order 8.60 TRY.
- Contracted door-to-door shipping: 0–3 desi 80 TRY; 3–5 desi 100 TRY; 5–10 desi 125 TRY; 10+ desi by custom quote. Details on the discounted shipping rates page.
- Cash on delivery: 25 TRY + 2% on the portion above 1,000 TRY. Returns processing: 9 TRY per return.
- Value-added services: insert placement 0.40 TRY; bubble-wrap 1 TRY; gift wrapping 5 TRY; photo dispatch confirmation 5 TRY; custom work 200 TRY/hour.
- Account, software and marketplace integrations: free.

Marketplace and Platform Integrations
Your Shopify, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR and N11 stores connect to a single stock pool at FulfillmentTR, and integration setup is free. When an item sells on one channel, stock updates across all channels at once, reducing oversell risk; orders flow in automatically and tracking numbers are written back to the marketplace. Our Warehouses: Gebze, Tuzla and Bursa
Your products are stored at whichever of our three warehouses suits you best: the main warehouse in Gebze Bilişim Vadisi (Informatics Valley) in Kocaeli, the Tepeören/Tuzla warehouse on Istanbul’s Asian side, and the Bursa Kestel OSB warehouse.
- Gebze / Kocaeli (main warehouse): our central facility, running OSR Shuttle (KNAPP)-class warehouse automation.
- Tepeören, Tuzla / Istanbul: fast access for Istanbul-origin shipments and Asian-side sellers.

What is a fulfillment warehouse?
A fulfillment warehouse (you will also see the spellings fulfilment and fullfillment) is a warehouse that stores your stock and ships every incoming order for you — storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns under one roof and on one invoice. In Turkey the service is officially registered as “sipariş karşılama” (order fulfillment).
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
There is no hard minimum, but the practical starting point is our Core Package at 6,640 TRY per month, which includes 150 processed orders, 600 desi of storage and 7 returns. It makes sense from roughly 100–150 orders per month; if you sell less, write to us and we will run the numbers with you honestly.
Do you support cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — cash on delivery, a popular payment method among Turkish shoppers, is fully supported. The fee is 25 TRY per COD parcel plus 2% on the portion of the order value above 1,000 TRY.
