The FulfillmentTR operations platform ships with a ready-made Shopify integration. From the moment your store is connected, orders flow into our system automatically, inventory stays in sync, and as soon as we dispatch a parcel the tracking number is written back to the Shopify order. No spreadsheets, no manual order entry, no copy-pasting tracking codes.

What the Integration Covers

  • Order sync: orders are pulled automatically on a schedule; optionally, webhooks deliver new orders the instant they are placed.
  • Status mapping: payment, cancellation and refund states in Shopify are mapped correctly into our workflow — a dispatched order is never pulled backwards.
  • Inventory sync: real warehouse stock can be pushed to your Shopify inventory via SKU matching, reducing oversell risk.
  • Fulfillment write-back: on dispatch, the carrier and tracking number are posted to Shopify, the order is marked fulfilled and your customer gets Shopify’s automatic notification.
  • Multiple stores: each Shopify store is defined as its own channel and monitored from a single panel.

Setup Steps

  1. Create an app: in your Shopify admin (or the Shopify developer dashboard), create a custom app for your store. It takes minutes — we guide you through it.
  2. Share API credentials: send us the app’s Client ID / Client Secret and your store domain through a secure channel. Credentials are stored encrypted.
  3. Channel setup: our team registers your store as an integration channel and tests the connection.
  4. Go live: we start in read-only mode to validate orders; once everything checks out, fulfillment write-back is enabled. Typical setup time: 24 hours.

Security & Data Protection

  • Your API credentials are stored encrypted and are never displayed in the customer panel.
  • Access is limited to the scopes actually needed (read orders, write fulfillments) — least-privilege by design.
  • The integration starts read-only; writes to your store are enabled only after your approval.
  • Webhook traffic is protected with HMAC signature verification.
  • Data is processed in compliance with Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and never shared with third parties.

How an Order Flows

  1. Your customer places an order in your Shopify store; it lands in our panel automatically.
  2. A warehouse operator picks the items with barcode verification.
  3. The order is packed to your brand standard, weighed, and a shipping label is printed.
  4. The parcel is handed to the carrier; the tracking number is written back to Shopify.
  5. You watch every step in real time from the dashboard.

Do I need a developer?

Are my existing open orders imported?
