Our FBA Prep Services in Turkey

Our FBA prep service covers FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging with suffocation warning labels, carton and pallet preparation, and piece-level inspection before shipment.

  • FNSKU labeling: We print Amazon’s FNSKU barcode and apply it flat and scannable, covering the manufacturer barcode.
  • Poly-bagging and protection: Textiles and open-packaged items are poly-bagged; fragile items are bubble-wrapped.
  • Carton and pallet prep: We box to Amazon’s carton limits, apply carton labels and build pallets for LTL-style shipments.

Shipping Flow to Amazon TR and International Amazon Warehouses

Amazon TR orders flow into our panel through a live integration, while FBA shipments to Amazon US and EU are prepped in our warehouse and handed to the carrier or forwarder you choose.

  1. Receiving: Your goods arrive at our Gebze or Istanbul warehouse and are counted in with barcode-scanned receiving, then put away.
  2. Prep: FNSKU labels, poly-bags and carton/pallet preparation are completed to Amazon’s requirements.
  3. Amazon TR: Our integration is live; FBM orders are handed to the carrier the same day, and FBA batches are shipped to Amazon TR warehouses.
  4. International FBA: We pack cartons to the shipment plan you create in Seller Central, apply carton labels and hand the consignment to your forwarder or the carrier your customs broker designates. Export and customs formalities run through the partner you appoint.

Amazon Packaging Rules Checklist

Every unit going into an Amazon warehouse must follow three core rules: the FNSKU barcode must be scannable, applicable products must be poly-bagged with a suffocation warning, and carton weight and size limits must not be exceeded.

  • FNSKU label flat, wrinkle-free, with the manufacturer barcode covered.
  • Suffocation warning label on poly-bags with an opening wider than 12.7 cm (5 inches).
  • Poly-bag sealed and fully enclosing the product.
  • Single carton weight generally under 23 kg; heavy cartons flagged with a team-lift label.
  • Multi-unit sets marked “Sold as set — do not separate”.
  • Expiration-dated products showing the date in Amazon’s required format on both unit and carton.
