We pick, pack and hand your orders to the carrier the same day — you never tape another box. FulfillmentTR stores your products in our automated main warehouse in Gebze (Bilişim Vadisi technology park, near Istanbul), plus facilities in Tuzla-Tepeören on Istanbul’s Asian side and Bursa Kestel. Orders flowing in from your Shopify store or from Turkish marketplaces — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR and N11 — are picked from a single stock pool with barcode verification, packed and shipped with our discounted carrier rates. Onboarding, software and marketplace integrations are free; you pay a flat per-order processing fee. All prices on this page are in Turkish lira (TRY, shown as TL), excluding VAT.
A Flat, Published Packing Fee per Order
Our order packing fee is 34.60 to 54.60 TL per order depending on parcel size, and it includes picking, packing and standard packaging materials.

A single-item order of 3 desi costs 34.60 TL to process; every extra item in the same order adds just 8.60 TL. “Desi” is the volumetric unit Turkish carriers bill by — check your parcel with our desi calculator. Storage is free for your first 30 days, then 2.25 TL per desi per month. Step-by-Step: From Receiving to Returns
The order packing and shipping process runs in seven steps: receiving, shelving, barcode picking, packing, weigh-and-label, carrier handover and returns handling.
- Receiving: Your inbound stock is counted by barcode and booked into the system at 0.25 TL per item (0.20 TL above 500 items); your first inbound shipment is received free.
- Shelving: Every item gets an addressed shelf location and appears in your panel instantly.
- Barcode picking: When an order lands, the operator picks the item and confirms it with a barcode scan.
- Packing: The order is packed in size-appropriate standard packaging; inserts or gift wrap are added if requested.
- Weigh and label: The parcel is weighed, its desi is verified and the shipping label prints automatically.
- Carrier handover: The parcel goes to the carrier the same day. Door-to-door domestic shipping starts at 80 TL for 0–3 desi — see discounted shipping rates.
- Returns: Returned items are inspected, restocked when sellable and reported to you, at 9 TL per return.
Barcode-Verified Packing and Same-Day Carrier Handover
Every order is picked against a barcode scan, so wrong-item and missing-item mistakes are caught before the box is sealed.
Our Gebze facility runs OSR Shuttle (KNAPP)-class warehouse automation: goods travel to the operator, which raises both speed and accuracy. Orders confirmed during the day are handed to the carrier the same day. Live integrations with Shopify, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR and N11 feed one shared stock pool, so a sale on one channel updates availability on all the others instantly. The customer panel is fully bilingual (English/Turkish) with real-time stock, order and shipment tracking. Cash on delivery, which Turkish shoppers widely prefer, is fully supported: 25 TL per COD order plus 2% on the portion of the order value above 1,000 TL.
Branded and Custom Packaging
Standard packaging is included in the per-order processing fee; branded unboxing extras are priced item by item (TRY, excl. VAT):
- Insert placement (thank-you card, coupon, leaflet): 0.40 TL per order
- Poly or bubble wrap: 1 TL — extra protection for fragile goods
- Gift wrapping: 5 TL
- Photo dispatch confirmation: 5 TL — the parcel is photographed before sealing and the photo is sent to you
- Custom projects (kitting, bundling, relabelling): 200 TL per hour

“Sipariş Karşılama”: the Official Term and Türkiye’s E-Export Scheme
In Turkish regulation this service is officially called “sipariş karşılama hizmeti” (order fulfillment service), and it appears under that name in Türkiye’s e-export support framework.
If you sell from Türkiye to customers abroad, we run packing, shipping and storage under one roof; check the current terms of the support scheme with the official sources. I can’t keep up with packing orders myself — how does the handover work?
You send your stock to our warehouse in one shipment and we take over from there: orders drop into the system automatically, we pack them and hand them to the carrier the same day. Receiving on your first inbound shipment is free and so are your first 30 days of storage, so there is no upfront cost. Whether you spell it fulfillment or fulfilment, the model is the same — your products, our operation.
Can I use my own branded boxes and packaging materials?
Yes — you supply the materials, we do the packing. Standard packaging is already included in the per-order fee; if you want branded boxes, filler or ribbon instead, simply ship the materials to our warehouse. The per-order processing fee does not change.
At what order volume does outsourced packing make sense?
There is no minimum: membership and software are free, so even a handful of orders a month works — you only pay per order. Around 150 orders a month, the Core Package at 6,640 TL/month (150 orders processed + 600 desi of storage + 7 returns included) usually becomes the better deal.
